- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources and timely procurement when required.
- Manage ambiguity and define scale-out options that are well understood and executed across the team and partners
- Drive successful project outcomes by contributing to definition of research goals, success metrics and prioritization of deliverables
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancing project management methodologies and practices.
- Present program and technical information in presentations to varied audiences, including executive management, Engineering, IT, Operations, Sales, Customer Experience and Legal teams.
#LI-LP1 - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Minimum ten years technical project or program management with a focus on software development, engineering or IT.
- Minimum seven years experience leading all aspects of large complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and other project management frameworks. Experience with Jira.
- Experience with financial analysis, business planning, budget management; experience working with Procurement is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Ability and experience in preparing comprehensive budgets, project schedules, planning and managing project revenue and expenses.
- Adaptable and proactive problem solver, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Possess a strong foundation in software development, engineering, and IT environments with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions, providing valuable insights to the development team.
- Demonstrated ability to be lead strategic projects with large multi-discipline teams by developing strategy and leading team through project completion.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
