Job Description:

Leading and coordinating the preparation and execution of offers and projects
Capacity planning for offers and projects
Reporting to the company's management
Providing technical guidance to project team members
Coordinating with other departments for offer and projectrelated tasks
Monitoring the timely, highquality, and costeffective execution of offers and projects
Optimizing and ensuring smooth internal processes

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Additional technical training and experience in custom machinery or the automotive industry is desirable
Proficiency in 3D CAD software
Strong MS Office skills
Experience in budget planning and cost estimation
Knowledge of construction is preferred
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
