    Balanced Wealth Management seeks an Office/Operations Manager with big goals, a firm vision, and the desire to lead. Positioned in the vibrant community of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, our firm is expanding rapidly, fueled by a robust marketing operation and an unwavering commitment to helping our clients achieve their financial dreams.

    Your experience and ability to make an impact at every level of our firm will see you evolve into our firm's unquestioned operational leader as we scale.

    Salary: $70,000 - $120,000

    Your Role:

    • Innovative Thinker: Bring your ideas to the forefront as we refine our processes and services in an ever-evolving financial landscape.
