Description

We are partnered with a global fintech who is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their US team. The role will lead initiatives to generate and engage with current and prospective clients and business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Identify and execute on potential client and partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Maintain existing business and client relationships
Conduct market research and analyses
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing and wider business strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Knowledge of financial markets and products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
