    Senior Manager - Consulting
    New Jersey, NJ(onsite)
    Perm Position

    Required Skills

    • 8-10+ years of experience: Extensive background as an application Developer & support engineer in the Finance / Capital Markets Domain.
    • Front-end and Back-end Programming: Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, React for both front-end and back-end development.
    • Database Proficiency: Strong command of databases such as SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle, including writing stored procedures, functions, and efficient SQL queries.
    • Job Schedulers: Working knowledge of job schedulers like Tidal or other job orchestration tools.
    • Data Management: Familiarity with data management principles including permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring.
    • SAAS Platform Support: Experience in providing support for SAAS platforms to clients and colleagues in other departments.
    • Code Migration and Configuration: Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance of applications.
    • Application Analysis and Troubleshooting: Proficient in analyzing applications, identifying causes of errors, and repairing them effectively.
    Optional Skills:
    • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of HR, Compliance, or Finance domains would be beneficial.
    • Experience in SAAS Platforms: Familiarity with SAAS platforms for HR (e.g., UKG) and Compliance (e.g., Global Relay, Castine, PTA) would be advantageous.
