    Position Overview:
    The Superintendent leads a construction team to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

    They coordinate with trades, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that schedules and quality standards are met and provide technical expertise to the entire project team.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Responsible for the construction project from beginning to end, including planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling the project.
    Maintain records of the project timeline and budget.
    Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including tradespeople, vendors, subcontractors, owners, and internal staff.
    Communicate and enforce safety requirements and regulations on the job site.

    Monitor progress of the project, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that quality standards are met.

    Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
    Ensure all documents related to the project are properly maintained and updated.
    Conduct regular inspections of the work site to ensure all safety and quality standards are being met.


    Qualifications:


    Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in Life Sciences, Infrastructure, Offices, Residential, Hospitality, K-12, Tenant interiors, TIS, and/or Retail.

    Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
    Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    Proficient in MS Office applications.
    Excellent customer service and customer relations skills.
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
