Pay Rate is open for discussion based on entry level of experience $25-30 must have Const/ Concrete knowledge must be able to oversee plant of 20-30 plus employees must have the ability to communicate and multitask cover areas that are needed especially managing PO and invoices with the shipping and receiving dept, manage Inventory and maintain company cost and manage supplies.
D-Skilled Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR qualified role with the duties to manage our manufacturing plant as a manager who will be responsible for ensuring that our precast manufacturing plants operate in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. This role involves managing all aspects of safety, attendance, shipping and Receiving Inventory dept for accuracy and budget cost including the implementation and maintenance of safety protocols and procedures. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of company and demonstrate leadership roles to ensure our operations meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Hold one-to-one meetings with each direct report at least monthly & as needed.
• Recruit, select, hire, onboard, and train new members - Safety Inspections and Audits: Successful Result – Maintained plant certifications through continuous monitoring and improvement of performance. Proactive identification of potential hazards, maintaining high safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and assess compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor and report performance, including tracking and analyzing metrics such as incident rates and quality defects to maintain plant certifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employee, customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years' experience with at least 3 years in a HSE MSDS leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HSE MSDS policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and other relevant guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
