    For over 20 years now, we've built over 4,000 units across 40 communities ranging from 8-story Type-I developments to garden-style builds and single-family home subdivisions.

    As a leader in local multifamily construction, we offer comprehensive construction services to developers by building projects on time and on budget.

    To date, we've completed over $800 MIL in work throughout the Bay Area by bringing a unique approach to each and every project based on trust, communication, and strategy with our clients by way of our experienced teams and involved leadership team.

    Annual Bonus (6-12% range paid bi-annually)
    Manage the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.

    Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, Construction Managers, project team, consultants/architect/engineers, subcontractors, adjacent community, trade unions, and governmental agencies.

    Responsible for the project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
    Review all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings.
    Maintain and update project records including RFI's, ASI's and as-builts.
    Create and enforce a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with the Project Manager.
    Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
    Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies.
    Conduct and/or attend Foreman meetings, pre-task meeting, safety meetings and project staff meetings.
    Manage job site manpower production and performance.
    Use project management and scheduling software effectively.
    10+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
    A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising project teams
    Prior experience with unit ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects (including podium, garden walk-up, and other Type I developments)
    Proficiency with MS Project (or similar), Procore (or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite
