    OTR Leasing is a prominent lessor of Class 8 semi-trucks to owner-operators, offering abundant opportunities for growth in a dynamic work environment. We are currently seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing.

    Director Sales & Marketing Position Overview

    The Director of Sales & Marketing plays a crucial role in OTR Leasing's mission to revolutionize the trucking field. This leadership position requires a visionary individual with a proven track record in leading sales teams and shaping marketing strategies for unprecedented success.

    Director of Sales & Marketing Job Responsibilities

    • Sales Responsibilities:
      • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to target key markets, expand customer base, and boost revenue.
      • Supervise call center operations to optimize lead conversion rates, improve sales efficiency, and elevate customer service.
      • Build and manage a sales team, provide ongoing training, and drive performance to meet sales targets.
      • Enhance the sales process through innovation and optimization, employing novel techniques and tools for improved performance.
      • Maintain existing partnerships and cultivate new sales channels for business growth.
    • Marketing Responsibilities:
      • Create and execute a dynamic marketing strategy aligned with long-term objectives, focusing on brand positioning, market reach, and customer engagement.
      • Utilize digital platforms for enhanced online presence, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
      • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and adapt marketing strategies for competitive advantage.
      • Manage brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences.
      • Oversee effective marketing campaigns to communicate value proposition to clients and measure performance for future planning.

    Director of Sales & Marketing Qualifications

    • A dynamic leader with 10+ years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in the trucking or related sectors.
    • Proven track record in call center operations management with outstanding results.
    • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills, able to inspire teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
    • Consistent achievement of sales and marketing targets with a high school diploma or equivalent.

    Location: Prairie Village, KS

    Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary + Commission, based on qualifications and experience.
