- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects in alignment with EPA guidelines and objectives.
- Engage with senior stakeholders within the EPA and other relevant agencies to align strategic objectives and operational priorities.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in deployment.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide expert advice on integrating technological solutions into environmental management practices.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and manage issue resolution processes to keep projects on track.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in project or program management, with significant leadership roles in EPA-related projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Master's degree or higher in a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience with technology integration in environmental or governmental projects.
