- Assist in the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective tenants, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner, fostering positive tenant relations.
- Collaborate with the property management team to implement and enforce property policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of leases, renewals, and other property-related documents.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Work closely with vendors and maintenance team to address property maintenance and repair needs promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Keep abreast of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AppFolio software.
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Basic understanding of financial principles related to property management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
