    Attention to all Leasing Consultants seeking advancement and desiring a consistent Monday to Friday work schedule: Landmark Real Estate, LLC, a premier property management company committed to delivering outstanding service to property owners and tenants, invites you to join our team. With a focus on fostering positive residential environments, we manage a varied portfolio of properties. As we expand, we are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Assistant Property Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
    2. Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective tenants, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
    3. Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner, fostering positive tenant relations.
    4. Collaborate with the property management team to implement and enforce property policies and procedures.
    5. Assist in the preparation and execution of leases, renewals, and other property-related documents.
    6. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
    7. Work closely with vendors and maintenance team to address property maintenance and repair needs promptly.
    8. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    9. Keep abreast of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and ensure compliance.
    10. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
    2. Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
    3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and colleagues.
    4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AppFolio software.
    5. Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations.
    6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    8. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
    9. Basic understanding of financial principles related to property management.
    10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Experience:

    • Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, or Maintenance Coordinator in the single-family and/or apartment industry: 2 years (Preferred)

    License/Certification:

    • Driver's License
