Colorado Springs Commercial Property Manager - Griffis/Blessing

Salary plus potential incentives – Base salary starts at $73,000 or more based on advanced skillsets and related career history.
has an opportunity for an accomplished professional to manage a mixed use commercial real estate portfolio in Colorado Springs to include:
Operations
Contracting
Lease administration
Construction supervision
Owner/tenant/service provider relations
Financial analysis
Monthly reporting to owners
Annual budgets and CAM reconciliations
The qualifications for a successful candidate are:
Colorado real estate license, or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
3-to-5 years of commercial portfolio property management experience
Excellent supervisory and communication skills
Good understanding of financial statements and operating reports
Experience in vendor contracting
Tenant finish and renovation experience
College degree ideal
Computer literate with Windows, Word, and Excel; Yardi experience preferred
CPM, CSM, FMA or RPA designation preferred
Professional appearance and dress required
Drug test and background check required
