- Lead the Compliance & Operational Testing and Monitoring Program: Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing and monitoring strategies to identify and mitigate compliance risks effectively.
- Assess Third-Party / Vendor Risks: Participate in the initial assessment of inherent risk ratings for Wellfit's third-party vendors, contributing to a robust vendor management program.
- Develop Compliance & Risk Management Metrics: Enhance existing metrics or develop new ones to measure the effectiveness of compliance and risk management efforts, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct Re-underwriting Reviews: Perform detailed periodic reviews of existing merchants to ensure ongoing compliance and manage risk exposure effectively.
- Bachelor's degree students with a keen interest in compliance, risk management, or related fields.
