Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a department with 26 residents and being responsible for organizational, personnel, and professional aspects
Promoting, challenging, and developing your team
Being part of the nursing management team and taking on project work
Leading by example and contributing to a positive atmosphere with your positive attitude
