Chemnitz, we are looking for a
Technical Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Receiving customer inquiries
  • Qualified analysis and problem solving of hardware and software issues via telephone or remote access
  • Documentation, coordination of open tickets in the hotline system CRM, and followup on deadlines
  • Responsible for maintaining master data in the CRM system
  • Participation in continuous process improvement
  • Preparation of statistics, reports, etc.

Your profile

  • Completed technical training as an electrician, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar
  • Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • User knowledge of an ERP system
  • Good communication skills with customers and team members
  • Structured and solutionoriented work approach
