We are currently seeking a full-time Warranty Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Hindenburgdamm location in Berlin, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Processing (digitally or potentially on paper) submitted car and motorcycle service orders from service advisors to BMW AG
Handling open dealer corrections and DMS errors in the BMW dealer portal S-Gate
Processing credit lists, including comments and cost center allocation
Independent tracking of applications
