    We are seeking a dynamic Head of Security Sales to lead our efforts to evangelize JFrog's end to end security solution powered by the JFrog platform as the best in breed DevSecOps security solution in the market. The Head of Security Sales will be responsible for developing and executing JFrog Security sales strategies that will drive revenue growth and market share for JFrog. You will work closely with the SVP of Sales, NA to establish a vision and strategy for security sales, build and lead a product overlay sales team and cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners alike.

  • Be the first overlay in the North America sales organization, focused on selling JFrog security solutions and ensuring the team has the necessary resources, tools and training to WIN.
  • Help shape the Security Sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, market share and growth of JFrog Security Solutions.
  • Responsible and accountable for direct quota and revenue accountability for JFrog Security Solutions here in North America.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform product development and sales strategy.
  • Represent JFrog at industry events and conferences, building the company's brand and driving new business opportunities.
  • Identity new sales opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
  • Build trusted executive relationships with sales leadership and serve as a liaison between the sales organization and other departments within JFrog, ensuring that there is effective communication and collaboration across the region.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D & Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to develop and translate business and product strategy to identify opportunities to expand JFrog's footprint and grow the business.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and develop action plans to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
  • To be a Head of Security Sales in JFrog you need...

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales in the security domain, including 5+ years of experience as a direct quota carrying enterprise SaaS representative.
  • Proven experience and deep understanding of SaaS business model, business strategy and market development, with deep analytical and business modeling skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Proven success selling security software solutions, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • An expert in industry trends in competitive analysis, market dynamics, product and technology.
  • Passion for product, technology, and creating great customer experiences.
  • Ability to lead, influence and deliver results in a complex technical and business environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and interact effectively across all levels of leadership both internally and externally.
  • Adapt at working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment with the ability to drive execution and deliver results.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, related field or practical experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $170,000 to $190,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
