- Define sales metrics together with the sales leader and build the dashboards for sales and AE performance (sales activity, outbound demos, etc.)
- Write code in Python or to build custom objects in the CRM
- Build integration between sales, revenue, and shipping (invoicing, quotes, inventory, and ground shipping)
- Build the process to manage sales commission calculation, territory planning, and lead routing
- Sanitize the CRM and ensure high data quality and integrity
- Build guardrails and automation in the CRM to ensure that AEs follow the sales process
- As needed, integrate CRM with other tools: Gong, Salesforce, Quickbooks, Odoo
- 4+ years of experience with sales or revenue operations in a startup environment
- High proficiency in working with Hubspot CRM, including custom code development and integration
- Highly analytical and good with math

The role
This role will include a mix of sales and revenue operations. You will be responsible for all sales and revenue dashboards and automation. This role requires strong analytical thinking, experience with HubSpot CRM, and comfort in building custom code into HubSpot to optimize sales and revenue operations. Our product includes shipping hardware to customers, so this role requires integrating sales with inventory and shipping orders.
