    General Manager - Michelin Starred Restaurant Location: Seattle, WA - Relocation Assistance Available Salary : $130k - $160k depending on experience + benefits + bonus Our clients are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead their prestigious new opening under a three-Michelin starred Chef This is a high-profile position that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering an unforgettable dining experience. The successful candidate will be a positive, well-rounded hospitality professional who is invested in mentoring and developing a team, and has held a GM role in a two or three Michelin star restaurant. Please note this position is in Seattle and will require relocation Visa assistance may be provided if coming from outside the US. General Manager responsibilities:
    • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the restaurant's offerings, service standards, and procedures
    • Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure
    • Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, special events, and partnerships to enhance the restaurant's visibility and reputation
    • Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to address any issues and improve overall guest satisfaction
    Ideal General Manager candidate:
    • Previous experience as a General Manager (4+) years in a two or three Michelin starred restaurant - this is a MUST
    • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders
    • Wine knowledge and training is highly desirable
    • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
