Central point of contact for the customer

Ensuring smooth operation and warranty tracking

Management of employees and coordination of subcontractors

Acquisition, quotation preparation, quality and performance control, as well as calculation of maintenance and operator orders

Preparation of documentation and reporting

What you bring to the table

Technician, master in the field of supply or electrical engineering, or completed vocational training as a plumbing and heating engineer or electrician

Relevant experience in a similar position within technical facility management

Good knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and electrical engineering

Experience in managing employees
