Join our sales team immediately in part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) at our study location in Leipzig.

What to expect:

You will provide sales-oriented advice to our prospective students primarily by phone or in person between 8:00 am - 6:30 pm and convince them to study at our university.

You will actively approach our prospective students (only warm leads) and guide them to sign a study contract.

You will be the first point of contact and the face of the university for prospective students at our campuses in Chemnitz or Dresden, and represent IU at schools, fairs, and information days.

You will work closely with colleagues in B2B sales and other departments

What you bring:
You enjoy selling study and further education programs and ideally have some experience in B2C sales.

You have a commercial education or a completed degree, preferably in the fields of human resources, business psychology, marketing, industry, office management, or wholesale and foreign trade.

You are sociable, communicative, and enthusiastic about a primarily telephone-based job.

You enjoy working in a goal-oriented, structured manner and have a good understanding of numbers, making working with KPIs enjoyable for you.

You have excellent German skills and are proficient in using common
