    Description

    This is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA. Must be comfortable coming onsite 3 days a week.

    Social Media Specialist Overview:

    • Play a leading role in planning, developing and implementing social media strategies that differentiate the company among key audiences including members, prospects, consumers, business decision makers, providers, and thought leaders.
    • Coordinate with internal business units to ensure social messaging is fully integrated with communications and marketing efforts across the company.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of social media technologies and make recommendations for new opportunities to support business objectives.
    • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to expand audience, increase brand awareness, and/or drive clicks.
    • Provide a strategic point of view on social media and associated tools and facilitate training programs for key stakeholders.
    • Highly skilled career-level professional within field.
    • Conducts complex, important work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience
    • Experience working within social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Nice to have: Sprout Social, AirTable, Workfront
