NBCU Philadelphia (NBC10, T62, NBCSP) is seeking a high-performing individual that has effective communication that can coordinate, write and execute presentations in a timely manner and develop pitch ideas.

The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for building collateral materials and coordinating sales marketing departmental efforts. You will need to understand marketing fundamentals and creative evaluation. Communication, writing, and presentation skills are essential.


Microsoft Office:
Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Photo Shop is needed and proficiency with Social Media.


The Strategic Partnerships group is a small, high-impact team within NBCU Philadelphia Sales Group that drives ROI strategy, business development, creative content, and presentations under the direction of the Director of Strategic Partnerships.

You will collaborate with account teams to build and develop strong sales growth for clients. The role requires a diverse skill set of creative thinking, organizational skills and problem solving.


The Integrated Marketing Specialist will work internally to facilitate campaigns with cross-functional local and national sales account teams, Marketing, Digital, News and Ad Operations, and externally with clients and agencies.

In this role you will coordinate with producers, graphics, and digital teams to ensure completion of timely marketing assets and meet brand and strategic objectives.

You will use your digital and social media skills, to implement sales marketing strategy for various platforms. Also, you will coordinate and execute some on-site sales client events throughout the year.

Qualifications

  • Communicate, implement, and coordinate traditional and nontraditional marketing campaigns to support all sales efforts
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital with the ability to implement paid social media
  • Selfstarter able to complete projects with mínimal supervision
  • Work closely with Telemundo62, NBC10, NBC Sports and its products to bring expertise to crosssellers
  • Track the performance of advertising campaigns effectiveness
  • Must understand

Microsoft Office Suite:
Includes PPT and Excel

  • Fluency in Spanish language is a plus.
  • Must have a current driver's license.
  • Education: BA/BS Degree

Desired Characteristics:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative / coordinator capacity
  • Having knowledge or expertise of sports or our local sports teams is a plus
  • Understand basic media research
  • Ability to coordinate onsite activations
