    Description

    Basic Qualification:
    S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Security Clearance.
    Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or master's degree with 6 years, or PhD with 3 years' experience is required.

    Must have experience in leading and working with stakeholders and system owner to implement and maintain effective change management processes.

    Must have experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.

    Preferred Qualification:
    Active Secret Security Clearance.
    ITIL v.4 Certification

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop, implement, and manage change management processes.
    Perform effective management of the standards and configurations of each configuration item (CI).
    Ensure each CI within the environment is secure, centrally reviewed, managed,
    and coordinated to prevent disruption to business services.

    Ensure all change management processes align with ITIL v.4 and Agile framework for Service management to maximize use of the Agency ServiceNow ITSM tool.

    Evaluate and facilitate approval of all changes within functional area of responsibility to determine impact on systems and customers, and mission.

    Develop SOPs and provide regular or refresher training as process improvements/changes are implemented
