- Respond to all client inquiries received by phone, email, chat, in a complete and quick manner
- Counsel advisors regarding best practices, policies and procedures, as well as provide advice on how to handle situations encountered or requests
- Collaborate with other operations departments to research and resolve client issues and inquiries, following-through until resolution
- Train internal personnel and customers on compliance tools offered through Orion via webinar, in person, or otherwise
- Provide assistance in growing business with client by highlighting additional features which would benefit clients overall package offering
- Assist Advisers in locating the necessary files when they are undergoing a regulatory examination
- Assist other SME teams with advisor support as needed
- To stay current on new regulatory and industry developments impacting compliance needs for customers, operations, and development programs
- Attend conferences as required/approved by senior management
- Assist in product testing to ensure changes and enhancements to compliance tools are properly implemented
- Lead training sessions with advisors during home office visits
- Participate with initiatives to help reach adoption goals of compliance tool and other new system functionality
- Create a systematic review process of all Compliance curriculum to ensure curriculum is up to date
- Produce Ascent courses following technology development
- Be responsible for assessment development and maintenance in Ascent
- Be responsible for utilization reports and certification tracking in content-specific area
- Actively participate on subject-specific Product Management Team
- Actively participate on subject-specific App Team
- Utilize business analytics tools to research internal and external engagement and adoption of Orion technology
- Conduct regular webinars for New Users and General Orion Users
- Actively participate on subject-specific Product Management Team
- Remain available to support case, phone, and chat queues when needed
- Possess prior experience in a training role
- Has a minimum of 2 years of account manager or customer service experience, or experience within OAT or affiliated companies
- Possess prior experience working in financial services or accounting industry
- Has a minimum of a high school diploma
- Has a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Obtain Orion Industry Certification
- Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

About this Opportunity:As a Compliance Product Support Specialist, you will assist advisors with utilizing the compliance tools available for auditing all accounts maintained by Orion Advisor Tech. The Compliance Product Support Specialist will assist with compliance reporting and with troubleshooting compliance tools. Salary Range:
$53, $78,768.00
The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
