    Helpdesk Support Specialist

    What You Will Be Doing:
    • Gather incident information through customer conversations and self-help tools.
    • Track incidents and requests from identification to resolution for a quality customer experience.
    • Assess and resolve basic incidents related to software products and infrastructure.
    • Communicate progress effectively.
    • Engage appropriate resources for incidents outside scope.
    • Meet established Service Level Agreements.
    • Document resolutions and update knowledge bases.
    • Highlight recurring issues to management.
    • Provide call trend statistics for reports.
    Job Requirements:
    • Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.
    • High School diploma with 3+ years in technical support or a Bachelor's degree.
    • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
    • Hands-on experience with incident resolution.
    • Familiarity with IT tools like BMC Remedy/Microsoft Service Manager.
    • Strong customer service and DoD IAT - Level II certification.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with DoD or US military is a plus.
    • Knowledge of RHEL/Linux and ServiceNow is desirable.
