Technical Support Specialist Job in Omaha, Nebraska

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a company on the rise who is growing rapidly? If so, this is the position for you Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site (Omaha, NE) hardware/software support for end users and continue to help them push the needle forward from an IT perspective. Skill Set Needed

1) Basic understanding of ticketing systems

2) Field work, Imaging of machines. Setting up new machines, decommissioning older machines

3) Account/Password resets

4) Mobile Device Support experience is big

5) Managing accounts for people using different devices, accounts not transitioning from one device to another

6) IOS Troubleshooting experience is a nice to have

7) Troubleshooting VPN Connections.
