Customer Service Representative Responsibilities of the :

Daily interaction with Customers
Provide information in response to Customers' inquiries, concerns, and questions.
Assisting members in enrollment and provider services.
Communicating effectively with members
Track sales as a result of launched promotions
Fast paced Face to Face environment at promotional events
Develop and drive advertising and promotion strategies
Performing Market Research

Qualifications of the

Customer Service Representative:

Detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism
Strong leadership qualities
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred.

Compensation:
$36, $40,000.00 per year
