    Description

    Allied Resources is seeking a Lead Superintendent to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion for sustainable engineering and consulting solutions to the Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceuticals industries. This is a direct hire career opportunity offering up to $175,000 in base salary, medical benefits, and 401k contribution. Local candidates only.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operation of construction projects from $10M to $100M in budget
    • Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
    • Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
    • Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction area with strong project management and communications skills
    • Ability to read construction documents
    • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
