    We are seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Permanent Commercial Superintendent with a strong background in OSHPD and Office Projects in the Construction industry.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    This role requires a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all project stakeholders.

    The successful candidate will be a problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Oversee all aspects of construction project management including planning, coordination, budgeting, and supervision of construction projects from start to finish.

    Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety codes, and other legal requirements.
    Coordinate and supervise the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    Review and approve project plans and designs, ensuring they meet project specifications and requirements.
    Manage and mitigate project risks, addressing any issues that arise and swiftly implementing solutions.
    Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are being met.
    Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, providing clear and accurate updates on project status, budget, and timeline.

    Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent with a proven track record in managing ground up commercial projects.

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    Proficient in construction management software and MS Office suite.
    Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
    Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Must be detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and safety.
