Construction Superintendent


This company is engaged by both private and public sector clients to oversee and lead a range of building projects from concept and initial design through all phases of construction until completion.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Superintendent for our growing and expanding solution-based construction management firm with the following superpower traits

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the Construction industry
  • Preferably someone with experience in the trades as a foreman or skill worker
  • CSL certification required
  • OSHA10 and OSHA30 certified
  • Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingencies
  • Indepth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations
  • Effective leadership abilities

Pay:
$80, $100,000.00 per year
