- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
- Recruits, interviews, schedules candidate travel and hires qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Conducts background screenings and employee eligibility verifications.
- Participates in employee social committee; Plans and executes reward and recognition activities as needed.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to investigations, occupational health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, and leaves of absence.
- Assists in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices.
- Reviews policy and works with employees and leaders on policy interpretation and compliance.
- Monitors time and attendance and serves as backup for payroll processing.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Able to work onsite in Tulsa based office
- Must be enrolled in at least Jr year or higher in HR related field of college study.
- Work history in HR or related field.
- General understanding of multiple human resource disciplines including HRIS, benefit practices, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
- Required to wear PPE as needed
