- Participate in field team calls and report back findings to oncology patient marketing team leaders monthly and the broader consumer team on a quarterly basis.
- Serve as primary liaison with the commercial leadership field team, helping increase transparency and collaboration between departments.
- Serve as commercial lead for patient conferences, proactively working to improve on-site promotional offerings and working closely with HQ exhibits/field teams to ensure compliant and seamless execution within budget.
- Serve as patient strategy lead for internal meeting opportunities, including sales meeting and townhalls.
- Work cross teams to develop meeting materials/scripts and obtain required compliance and legal approvals for utilization.
- Manage patient recruitment agency, assessing new opportunities, ensuring appropriate ongoing communication to existing stakeholders and assisting patient strategy team in compliantly vetting and onboarding new patients.
- Ensure transparency, alignment and consistent collaboration with Patient Innovative Engagement (PIE) and global communications team in utilization of patients across company opportunities.
- Lead efforts to improve offerings and utilization of patient resources by field teams.
- Lead translation creation/sustainability efforts for patient resource materials
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of patient conferences and recruitment helpful.
- 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with familiarity with industry terms and a high-level understanding of industry compliance requirements.
- 5+ years of project management in a design studio, internal creative department, or agency environment with demonstrated success managing broad range of multimedia communications in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with demonstrated abilities in problem resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with project teams and key stakeholders.
- Experience working under continual deadline constraints with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple quick-turn projects and changing priorities.
- Proficiency with basic office computer applications - especially Microsoft Office, Veeva PromoMats and Workfront PromoPlan.
- General understanding of digital production and image/data rights.

field utilization of resources. This individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as
