- Project scoping and planning; responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project plans
- Working with project teams to identify and clearly define client's needs and project goals and objectives
- Coordinating and scheduling project team meetings, client meetings, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews
- Acting as primary point of contact for client communications on all project related matters including project updates, tasks, and risk management
- Managing cross-functional design and development teams, including content and technical development to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meeting client expectations
- Compiling project documentation and deliverables for deliveries as needed
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all project deliverables
- Collaborating with the Creative Services team to ensure all project deliverables meet Advantexe or client brand standards
- Coordinating logistics for implementation of program deliveries
- Attending and supporting live program deliveries as needed and attending and supporting virtual deliveries as a "producer"
- Reporting on project hours and administrative tasks
- Supporting the contracting and invoicing processes
- Leading the post-engagement review/debrief process for continuous improvement
- 3-7 years of experience managing complex, multiphase training engagements or similar programs.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business or Learning and Development related field.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and adaptable. Must enjoy constantly learning and tackling new challenges.
- Ability to navigate and take initiative in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Positive, "can do" attitude.
- High level customer service skills, emphasizing responsiveness and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with and communicating with clients at the Executive or C-suite level
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management programs, such as Microsoft Project or boards.
- A basic understanding of the sales process and a willingness to support the pursuit of new business opportunities within strategic accounts
- Foundational business acumen (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy) and / or Business Leadership content knowledge
- Experience working with technical solutions in the Learning and Development, Talent Development, HR Business Partners, or Training industries
- A fast learner in training and software platforms is a significant plus.
- Proficient in process of design and development of talent development software solutions

Job DescriptionAdvantexe, an EdTech company, is an award-winning world leader in the design, development, and delivery of cloud-based simulation-centric learning solutions for businesses around the world. We are currently hiring for the role of a Program Manager.
The Program Manager position owns and is responsible for ensuring the success of Advantexe projects from end-to-end. Program Managers will lead project teams within Advantexe's resource matrix to ensure the creation and delivery of in-person and/or virtual learning journeys that incorporate interactive, digital business and leadership simulations and other learning tools such as interactive content and virtual role plays.
Program Managers will work with Advantexe Executives, internal and external sales leaders, design and development teams, and the client's team of subject matter experts, program managers, and other key personnel to deliver each project to the client's complete satisfaction.

What is a Business Simulation?
