    Job Details:
    Contract Specialist - Paralegal

    Hybrid - 3 days onsite


    Our client located in Newark, DE is seeking a Legal Specialist or Paralegal that has at least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department working in the contracts department.

    This person will be part of an international legal team that will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.

    This will include confidentiality agreements and intellectual property license agreements.

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 5 years experience as a contract paralegal or contract specialist in a corporate environment
    Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate from an approves ABA school
    Strong background in contracts including NDA and trademarks
    Understanding of contract management systems
    Previous experience with intellectual property, trademarks and copyrights preferred
    Ability to be onsite 3 days a week
