    The Demand team is composed of entrepreneurial and energetic front-line advertising experts helping to bring Smart's programmatic solutions to market.


    They work to serve Brand Marketers, Advertising Agencies, DSPs, DMPs and other buy-side partners looking for Programmatic Advertising Technology solutions that more accurately discover customers and deliver brand messaging to them via digital advertising.

    division, while relatively new, is the fastest growing group within Smart and the Demand Sales team is leading the way, driving adoption and shaping the future for Smart and the industry as a whole.

    What you'll do

    The Demand Sales Marketing Manager sits in the exciting nexus of sales and marketing.

    In this role, you will oversee all pre and post-sales marketing activities for the Demand Partnerships team reporting directly to the head of the department, VP Head of U.S.

    Demand.


    With Smart, you'll get to:


    Build client/pitch presentations and collateral development such as One-Sheets, RFP responses and cases studies for the US team, in accordance with our demand offering rollout plan and key messaging.

    Work with the growth marketing manager and Content Marketing Manager to develop lead generation strategies, new content formats, market-specific social posts, client events, etc.

    Manage the creation of pitch-specific content calendars, partnering with the leadership team on the execution of high-quality, customized sales materials.

    Partner closely with Smart's central Global Marketing team on specific pitch/marketing initiatives; helping to localize and adapt materials as necessary for specific client markets while maintaining brand consistency and integrity across multiple communication vehicles.

    Identify specific sales strategies and language for the US market to support the VP and sales team on key topics such as the growth of CTV, consumer privacy, etc.

    Own the development of branded content including newsletters and social posts to address the critical need for furthering sales communications / messaging with clients in the U.S.

    market, in coordination with the Content Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Manager.

    About you
    Smart is looking for a standout, driven, and team-oriented Demand Sales Integrated Marketing Manager based in NYC

    The ideal candidate is a creative wordsmith with an eye for design and a passion for telling stories through impactful imagery.

    On any given day, in this role you may be tasked with creating data-driven and technical sales support materials, building conceptual presentations, or developing case studies

    This is a next-step type opportunity to take ownership over sales marketing and lead the development of a core-function within the fastest growing office/team globally at Smart.


    Rockstar candidates will have:
    5-7 years of experience
    Experience within an integrated or sales marketing team, at an AdTech company (SSP, Ad Server, DSP, DMP, etc), advertising agency, or media company
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    Exp. with Pardot or other email platforms
    Exp. with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
    Proficient with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
    A highly collaborative team member who can also work independently
    Strong work ethic and keenness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    Highly organized with an ability to seamlessly juggle multiple projects at once
