    Job Purpose

    The Inside Salesperson will act as an ambassador of Engrain, LLC., in building trust and communicating our vision throughout the Americas, and in communicating "our proven process" to our sales representatives, our distribution partners, as well as our current and future clients.

    The ambassador will focus on building trust resulting in revenue generation by improving communication between English and Spanish-speaking customers and/or prospects. Therefore, this position lives and works out of Manhattan, KS, and must be available to travel internationally as needed.

    Essential Functions

    • Contact representatives, clients, and prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels in a professional and engaging manner.
    • Engage others in meaningful dialogue to uncover issues and opportunities for our technical group to solve.
    • Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and organized records of interactions, leads, and sales workflow activities in the CRM system.
    • Follow the sales process, including lead qualification, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with sales reps and clients.
    • Strong follow-through skills to ensure satisfaction, build trust, and communicate Engrain's desire to deliver peace of mind to our clients.
    • Collaborate closely with the logistics, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies based on market trends and client interactions.
    • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    Knowledge and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution.
    • Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate in a professional setting.
    • Must have a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
    • Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Goal-oriented.
    • Advanced-level working experience with CRM software.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.

    Physical Requirements and Work Environment

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; frequently required to hear and talk; regularly required to sit, stand and walk; occasionally required to climb staircases, ramps, or similar building structures; occasionally required to lift up to 35 pounds; occasionally required to carry up to 35 pounds for a distance of 10 feet; occasionally required to make repeated movements; specific vision abilities include color, ability to see up-close and to see from a distance.
    • Personal protective equipment is available when required or requested. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work in an office environment. The employee may be exposed to dust/dirt, loud noise, odors or fumes, and poor lighting if required to enter the production or warehouse areas.
