    CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS BUSINESS ANALYST

    The Financial Wellness Engagement and Demand Creation squad is a marketingfocused squad that is responsible for delivering a highly personalized, needsbased communication experience to each of our 23 million participants.

    As ananalyst on this squad, you will be responsible for examining business processesand needs, documenting requirements, epics, and stories for cross channelinitiatives (email and digital).

    You will be integral in creating agovernance structure for our personalization efforts.

    You will work closelywith a Squad Leader to create, prioritize and maintain marketing backlog inorder to focus the team on delivering business solutions with highest impact todesired outcomes.

    The successful candidate will thrive in a complexbusiness and systems environment that spans Workplace Investing and PersonalInvesting squads.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Expertise in variousbusiness analysis methodologies, including data analysis, uses casedevelopment,
    story writing

    , and product documentation.


    • Ability to translate business vision into defined andprioritized stories for the team backlog
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog managementtool preferred

    • Partnering with Tribe and Squad leadership to maintain abacklog of opportunities according to business value or KPIs.
    • Creating drafts of epics and stories to seed backlog inorder to begin the refinement process.
    • Determine and convey vision and goals at the beginning ofevery release and sprint.
    • Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily standups,sprint planning meetings, demos and retrospectives.
    • Inspect the progress at the end of sprints with theauthority to accept or reject work done.
    • Mitigate impediments that may impact successful teamcompletion of release/sprint goals.
    • Communicate externally with stakeholders to ensure teamsare building the right solutions to meet customer needs, communication statusand buffers team from potential distractions
    • Partner with appropriate groups to ensure organizationalreadiness and documentation for on-going support are done for each release
