    Description
    Summary
    :

    Responsible for working with complex information systems like Polaris and NAVAapplication systems and developing or modifying existing systems through analysisof business and user needs.

    Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
    :
    Understand user needs and able to articulate Requirements throughuser stories.

    Extensively analyzing the existinglegacy system (Polaris) and hybrid system (NAVA) to perform GAP analysis.


    Working with Business Users and Team Leads to create business process flows fordifferent Lines of Businesses in Management Liability, gathering the businessneeds, and conveying the requirements to the TeamExtensively workingwith Data Mapping documents.

    Analyzing the Data Mapping Document created by theTechnical Business Analyst to enhance the business process and assist thedevelopers in refining the user stories for a smooth transition.

    Develops and maintainsproblem databases. Recommend business solutions that satisfysponsor/stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options forvalue-add for clients.

    Performing as a liaisonbetween Stakeholders.


    Working alongside the Team Leads in breakingdown Epics to User Stories and in preparing User Acceptance Criteria,Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), and the Minimum ViableProduct (MVP).

    May complete end-user documentation and prepare training material.
    Perform unit testing and integration testing. Troubleshoot problems withsystems. Assisting Scrum Master in facilitating Stand Up meetings for the Teamto track the work progress and clear impediments. Maintain systems to optimizeperformance.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
