Finance Systems Analyst Sr (Oracle EPM Cloud)
Pay Rate - $60.00/hour-$80.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Location: Remote

Position Purpose:
The Finance Systems Analyst Sr is pivotal in maintaining, designing, developing, and implementing systems for the Finance Department. This role involves evaluating business requirements, providing specifications for software systems enhancements, and conducting essential discovery work.

Tasks:

Support business users and troubleshoot Finance Systems, particularly Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Free Form, and ARCS).
Participate in systems requirements, definition, testing, training, implementation, and support.
Document procedures and create training materials.
Design, develop, test, and implement financial systems based on requirements.

Lead research and analyze business user requirements.
Make recommendations for necessary changes on projects.
Develop test schedules, review testing plans, and document development results.
Conduct financial system training.
Monitor software performance, debug errors, and identify areas for improvement.
Work with teams for efficient implementation of new software products or systems.
Create, modify, maintain, and schedule procedures and reports.
Identify potential business risks and communicate them to the Project Team.
Perform other relevant job duties as required.

Requirements: Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with an emphasis on Computer Science or related field (Preferred).

Experience:

6+ years of general business analysis experience required, may act as lead.
Previous experience in project analysis.
Previous experience with system implementations or upgrades.
2+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud as a System Administrator, including configuration, data integration, and business rules.
