Job Description- Achieving sales and revenue goals in the assigned area (Greater Dresden region)
- Market observation, analysis, and planning of sales and revenue
- Acquiring new customers in the sales area
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer business with a focus on revenue
- Price management for existing customers
- Implementing sales action plans
- Coordinating tasks between departments
- Bachelor's degree (in industrial engineering or similar) or vocational training with additional qualifications
- Several years of experience with proven sales success
- Broad technical understanding (application of technical gases)
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Independent, precise, and goaloriented work style
- Strong ability to close deals
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Desired: SAP and CRM knowledge
- Driver's license
