To make the world of damages even friendlier for all parties involved, we are currently looking for a
Claims Handler for Fleet Management (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Leipzig, Germany
immediately.


Your responsibilities:

Our fleet customers include well-known companies with over 10,000 vehicles. You will be responsible for the complete handling of vehicle damages for our fleet customers.

This includes acting as a point of contact for fleet managers, repair shops, insurance companies, leasing and rental car companies, as well as lawyers and appraisers.


Your main tasks will include:

  • Independently handling claims from reporting to settlement and liability clarification
  • Organizing professional emergency assistance
  • Coordinating the repair process between customers, repair shops, and leasing companies
  • Corresponding with stakeholders involved in the claim, such as fleet managers, leasing companies, and insurance companies
  • Data maintenance as part of active claims management

Your profile:


  • Commercial education, preferably in the automotive/insurance/vehicle damage management field
  • Customeroriented and friendly telephone manner
  • Aboveaverage customer orientation
  • Strong communication skills, both
