About Us:
At Valley Nissan Mitsubishi, we strive for excellence in the automotive industry and are dedicated to innovative sales practices.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Internet Sales Director to lead our internet sales team and efficiently manage all incoming internet leads.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales process for handling and following up on internet leads.
Ensure adherence to the sales process, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive the sales team to achieve and surpass closing rate targets on internet leads.
Utilize performance data to continuously refine and improve sales strategies and team performance.
Ideal Candidate:
Has a proven track record in sales management, ideally in the retail or automotive sectors.
Possesses strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a team toward exceptional results.
Exhibits outstanding attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Is highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to exceed set goals.
Qualifications:
Experience leading sales teams.
Retail experience preferred, automotive retail is highly beneficial.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
