- Degree in nursing; Masters degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus
- Valid nursing and CPR certification
- Maintain standards of the nursing homes.
- Helping to hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.
- Ensure smooth operation of the nursing department.
- Assisting in budget preparation and expense management.
- Inform management of any staff concerns.
- Assisting on train and supervise staff members.

Our company is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing *ADON/ADNS *attentive and knowledgeable assistant director of nursing (ADON/ADNS) who will assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients.
The ADON/ADNS will be responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing and implementation of nursing procedures and projects as well as ensuring overall compliance.
