    Assistant Director of Nursing**Job Type: * Full Time position

    Do you pride yourself on your positive attitude and dedication to providing top-notch care? Our company is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing *ADON/ADNS *attentive and knowledgeable assistant director of nursing (ADON/ADNS) who will assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients.

    Also to help to oversee the overall operations of our Amazing Nursing Home.

    The ADON/ADNS will be responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing and implementation of nursing procedures and projects as well as ensuring overall compliance.

    *Understanding of basic budgeting and financial reporting

    • Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
    • Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration
    • Outstanding organizational and stress management skills
    • Degree in nursing; Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus
    • Valid nursing and CPR certification
    *Maintain standards of the nursing homes.

    • Helping to hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.
    • Ensure smooth operation of the nursing department.
    • Assisting in budget preparation and expense management.
    • Inform management of any staff concerns.
    • Assisting on train and supervise staff members.
    • Job Type: Full-time
