Your tasks:
- As a dedicated assistant in the department, you support the PDL in daily operations and various administrative tasks.
- With your organizational skills, you plan, organize and conduct not only nursing visits, but also staff and team meetings, as well as create and monitor work schedules.
- You are responsible for the nursing care of our residents, relieving the nursing staff.
- You ensure sustainable nursing quality and documentation according to MDK-QPR in close cooperation with residents, family members, nursing team and other departments.
- In individual and group discussions, you are available as a contact person for employees and residents, addressing individual needs.
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in the fields of elderly care, health and nursing care, or pediatric nursing.
- In addition, you have completed further training as a residential area manager, started training as a nursing service manager, or have a degree in nursing/healthcare management.
- First professional experience in a management position is desirable.
- Your communication skills and social competence not only convince us, but also the employees of your abilities.
- Your confident, friendly demeanor and solutionoriented approach round off your profile.
