    Title: Recruitment Manager

    Position Summary

    The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the day to day running of Metrea's global Talent Acquisition Team.

    Role and Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the hiring process, policies and frameworks relating to Metrea's Talent Acquisition capability
  • Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a consistent experience is delivered to both stakeholders and candidates throughout the process
  • Responsible for ensuring roles are filled in a timely manner; tracking progress and performance against agreed SLA and KPIs
  • Manage all talent acquisition efforts, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers for assigned roles
  • Partner with SLT to understand anticipated headcount growth and structure the TA team accordingly to achieve target hire dates
  • Advocate of FIRMWARE, support Head of People Dev to role out initiatives in support of finding and hiring great Metreans.
  • Support PLT to define and deliver quarterly and annual OKRs to evolve the TA and broader People Team function.
  • Using external research, internal data and feedback; looks to innovate on tooling, systems and sourcing strategies
  • Recommends and attends external hiring events in order to drive candidate engagement from unlikely sources
  • Understands hiring legislation and can advise and inform stakeholders of any changes
  • Skills and Experience
