    Description

    WEBCO HR, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager for one of our clients located in Winamac, Indiana.

    SUMMARY:

    Our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to bolster their Winamac, Indiana Human Resource steam. Ideal candidates should embrace change, be self-motivated, and inspire everyone, both within and outside the department. Effective communication across all organizational levels is crucial. With numerous opportunities for innovation and problem-solving, the right candidate will play a key role in elevating our department. Integrity, professionalism, and a balanced perspective are must-haves for our Human Resource Manager.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory; 5+ years in Human Resources Management essential.

    HR Professional Certification (SPHR) or SHRM-SPC is a plus.

    Multi-site HR management experience is highly regarded.

    Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.

    Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, with a generalist background.

    Proficient with MS Office and experience with HRIS, preferably Ceridian Dayforce.

    COMPENSATION:

    $91,000 - $110,000

They manufacture titanium, stainless, nickel alloy, carbon & alloy semi-finished extrusions and semi-finished shaped bar. Comprised of eight manufacturing plants and nine business units, they are a family-owned company with fifth generation leadership.
