- Managing a team of professional and support staff to reach clear goals with revenue, profit margins, and quality.
- Participating in management and leadership training.
- Clinic Director Pay Range : $80,000-$90,000 annual salary and $10,000-$40,000+ profit share (Immediate)
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Ownership & Growth: This position will allow for professional pathways including clinical leadership in specialty areas, as well as clinic ownership. Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction).
- 2+ years of experience as an outpatient PT.
- Passion for managing a clinic.
- Interest in community and professional marketing.
