With over 500 employees, Diakonie Regensburg is active in general social work and social psychiatry, child and youth services, as well as services for people with disabilities and the elderly.



We are currently seeking a social pedagogue
(m/f/d) to join our team in the single parent counseling department on a part-time basis (15 hours/week) at the earliest possible date. The position is initially for 12 months with the possibility of a permanent contract afterwards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing social legal advice (livelihood security) to single parents
  • Organizing and accompanying single parent groups
  • Organizing and conducting seminars and information events on legal, financial, or educational issues
  • Contributing to the conceptual development of our services

Your profile:

  • Degree in social work or equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of social law
  • Experience in conducting individual and group sessions
  • Stable personality with high social competence, resilience, and flexibility
  • Ability to organize oneself and work in a professional and independent manner
  • Driver's license class B or class
  • Identification with the diakonic mission and Christian values
